| Prior to his consulting career, Mr. Grosh completed a varied career with Peco Energy / Exelon Corporation which included diverse assignments in Transmission and Distribution, Nuclear Generation, Telecommunications, Customer Services and Human Resources. His breadth of experience in plant, division and corporate positions enables him to uniquely embrace a line management perspective in the development and execution of strategic business solutions. |

| Mr. Grosh has been certified as a Health Physics and Chemistry professional by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and is a former elected union official. He holds a BS in Business Management from LaSalle University, Philadelphia, PA. In addition, he attended the Smeal College Business Executive Program at the Pennsylvania State University. |
