Dr. Glen Miller is our chief “Lean” consultant. He has worked with food, textile, and machine parts manufacturers up and down the east coast. He is an industrial technologist and human behavior scientist which gives him the ability to diagnose effective flow in manufacturing systems as well as motivate employees to accept change and work more efficiently. In May 2006 Dr. Miller published articles in Performance Improvement Journal and Meat and Poultry magazine demonstrating “ROI” through the application of Lean Manufacturing.
