Performance Essentials
 
Mary Miller consults primarily in the human services and government sectors. She writes grants, provides leadership development and evaluates program impact. As a performance improvement consultant she consults in process change and program enrichment. Mary is particularly adept at conducting community based needs assessments, benchmarking, strategic planning and grant writing.
Mary is an officer with Performance Essentials, Inc. Prior to consulting she has worked as a teacher and principal. More recently she was a “families at risk” agent for Penn State University. One unique program she has adapted for various groups is the “Stepping Stones” program. This program is highlighted in the Performance Essentials, Inc. products link. In short, the program is designed to foster personal responsibility and leadership. Additionally, Mary has been consulted for numerous programs to evaluate outcomes and sustained impact. In times of diminishing budgets, particularly in the human services area, Mary’s professionalism and skill have helped many agencies gain and continue funding based on outcome-based evaluation.
Mary’s education includes: a B.S. in Education from the Penn State University and a Masters in Education from Trenton State College.
