He has extensive facility operations and technical background coupled with over 12 years of organizational development and change management experience. His technical background includes operations and supervisory positions which span five different Department of Defense Nuclear Power plants consisting of plant re-design, configuration and materials management, operations, maintenance, training and re-fueling. |
| Eric blends this strong technical and operational experience with several years of success in organizational development, change management, process
improvement and corresponding cost effectiveness projects in challenging and highly regulated environments. Eric has dedicated his career to helping organizations meet the challenges of change management. |
| Recently, Eric has participated in several projects for commercial utilities including; as a HR team member managing an organizational re-structuring project within a New England electric utility; development of selection and progression training programs for power marketing groups at a public utility in Penn.; and as a project lead to improve processes and programs for un-metered services for another New England utility company. |
| Along with numerous technical and operational training programs, Eric holds a Masters of Science from University of Maryland - focusing on Interdisciplinary Management, 1999, a BS in Human Resources from the New School for Social Research and has participated in certificate program course work at the University of Michigan, Executive Education program in Leading Change. Additionally, Eric possesses qualifications to provide Myers-Briggs Type Indicator facilitation and training to client organizations. |
