Bonnie F. Mattick is a
Certified Performance Technologist (CPT). Her
certification and experience provides ample
skill and expertise in performance improvement
programs that restore employee enthusiasm and
motivation. As a consultant, she provides human
performance improvement interventions that
increase productivity, reduce costs, improve
customer service and foster teamwork. |

Her workshops and seminars
use interactive techniques, including music, art
and parodies, to enhance learning. |

Bonnie earned both a
M.A.Ed. and a M.B.A. degree and respects
business requirements and demands. She
co-authored articles in the Performance
Improvement Journal - "The Effect of Training on
the Bottom Line", May 2006; and Journal of
Quality and Participation, "Teamwork Pays,"
